So in my last post I had explained which club I was to manage, and all about that club. That club was Southampton FC.
My first job is to take a look at everyone's current role at the Club. Take out all the deadwood and bring in my own fresh faces. I begun by taking a look at all the Staff and removing all the ones I thought I could be improve.
I sacked Assistant Manager Dean Wilkins from the previous regime and got rid of a few coaches and scounts etc, and I believe, brought in better staff in those areas. Hopefully this will pay off later on in the Season when we have a few players sidelined with injury and youth will improve more!
