The Former Ivory Coast CB international has represented his Country 3 times, scoring an impressive 2 goals.
Saints Manager Dean Jones said "Idrissa is the CB I was after, he provides our squad with much needed pace and acceleration to cut out opposition play. This is a good signing."
It is thought that Idrissa will be fighting for his first team place with the likes of Wayne Thomas and Neal Trotman.
